Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free for residential roofing, siding, decks, framing, and related exterior work. Tell us about your project and where your home is located to get started.
What roofing systems do you install?
We install metal roofing, architectural shingles, and residential flat roofing. We’ll review your roof, compare suitable systems, and explain the proposed materials and installation details.
What siding materials do you offer?
We work with vinyl, James Hardie, and LP SmartSide siding. We can discuss profiles, finishes, trim, and repair or replacement options that fit your home.
Do you provide warranties?
Maple Ridge offers a workmanship warranty with project-specific written terms. Manufacturer warranty options may also apply to eligible GAF roofing products and systems. We’ll review the applicable coverage and requirements with you.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Western North Carolina and Northeast Tennessee, including Asheville, Hendersonville, Waynesville, Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, and Jonesborough. Call or email us if you’re unsure whether your property is within our service area.
Are you insured?
Yes. Maple Ridge Builders is fully insured, and we’re happy to provide current certificates before work begins. We’re also GAF Certified and Best Buy Metals Certified for the roofing systems we install.

It starts with a conversation about what you’re noticing and what you want to change. From there we put together a clear plan and written scope, coordinate the work, and finish with a walkthrough of the completed project, the cleanup, and the warranty terms that apply.

Yes. Roofing, siding, decks, framing, and related exterior work are often connected, and we can scope them together so the details line up instead of scheduling separate trades against each other.
